Warranty

All Net-Store products have been passed the manufacturer quality control.
However, in case of product failure within the warranty period, the product is covered with the makers warranty for free labor and parts if the product has been used as per the makers instructions and restrictions.
The warranty procedure requires the sales receipt.

If the warranty of any of our sold products has been expired, and you face technical problems in products that you bought from the Net-Store , please contact us, in order to inform you makers authorized service center.

On technical and any other information about the Net-Store products, please contact us via e-mail, describing your question with explicit way, or via  Live Support that you will find in the electronic store.
For questions that are referred in specific model, please mention the exact model name and serial number of it.
